Who's next?
In this year there seem to be an unusual amount of head coaches being fired. The first one to go was Dallas head coach Wade Phillips, second was Vikings Head coach Brad Childress and now there is recent talk that Josh McDaniels may get the boot. I am curious what everyone else thinks about the firings in this NFL season. Do you think that it is the head coach fault that the teams of the recently fired coaches are doing poorly. And what do you think about Josh McDaniels was he too young to be thrown into a Head Coaching position and will he also get the boot before the end of the season? let me know what you think

Week 9- Chiefs vs Raiders
Now i don't like the Raiders as much as the next fan of another team in the AFC West but when my team plays the Raiders i want to beat them by a large margin however, the match up between the Chiefs and the Raiders in week 9 was nothing of a blow out. I felt that there was one coaching decision that would have swayed the result of the game in favor of the Chiefs. When Todd Haley decided to pooch punt the ball instead of going for a manageable 51 yard field goal for Ryan Succope. Coach Haley had the idea to pin the Raiders deep in their own end zone but the result of the pooch punt landed up being a touchback putting the Raiders at the 20 yard line. If you watched the game or saw highlights you saw that the Raiders landed up winning the game in over time 20-23. Leading up to this score the Raiders tied up the game with a field goal with 7 seconds left in the game and won it with a field goal in overtime. Now if the Chiefs went for the field goal instead of the pooch punt it would have forced the Raiders to score a touchdown instead of a field goal to tie it up. I would like to hear your input in this game. do you think the Raiders are better than the Chiefs? Who do you think will win when the Raiders come to Arrowhead?

You Make the Call
I know you are aware of Brett Favre's age crisis in comparison to other NFL quarterbacks but my question this week comes from the continuous coaching decision to start Brett Favre each and every week even though he is off to one of the worst seasons ever in his 20 year career? not to forget his 291 regular season consecutive starts is in jeopardy becacuse of an ankle injury. in recent news Brett has come down with an ankle injury that may put him out for week 8. Vikings coach Brad Childress said that Brett's ongoing record will not influence his call whether to start Brett on week 8 but that he will base his decision on whether Brett can do the motions that are required by the position. the question that i am asking myself is Brett's unproven back up Tarvaris Jackson even able to play to the level that the Vikings are asking of him or on the other hand should they give Jackson a shot because what they are doing is obviously not working due to the fact that they are off to a 2-4 record and second to last in the NFC North division. I would like you to make the call, even if Brett was mildly healthy for the game would you start him or would you start to look for alternatives to replace the ageing, ailing Brett Favre?
